Increase opportunity and supports to ensure that at risk middle and high school youth in Boston & in urban areas throughout Massachusetts are prepared to compete with their peers; succeed in higher education, training and jobs in the 21st century; and if parents, be better prepared to raise children in an environment characterized by love of learning and economic stability.
